  WELCOME TO THE MVDA

MVDA
Formed in 1943, the Motor Vehicle Dismantlers Association is the Trade Association representing the interests of some 200 plus vehicle dismantlers and their customers throughout the UK.

The Association's roll is to promote the interests of it's members and those of the motoring public whilst at the same time ensuring protection of the environment.

This is achieved in partnerships.........

  • With the Motoring Public
Ensuring that they can have confidence in recycled parts and peace of mind when dealing with Association members also ensuring that there is a safe route (both environmentally and legally) for disposal of their vehicle when it reaches the end of its useful life.

    MVDA
  • With Government
Helping to make sure that any new legislation affecting the industry will be both practical and effective and in addition providing feedback on legislation once it has been introduced to help government check that its aims are being realised.

  • With the Environment
Requiring that all members are registered with their relevant Environment Agency and so operate to the latest standards for pollution control and environmental protection, without exception.
